If you are looking for a psychotherapist in South London, I offer both in-person sessions in South Norwood and online sessions to adults anywhere in the UK.
My practice is easily reachable from across South London — including Crystal Palace, Dulwich, East Dulwich, Herne Hill, Forest Hill, Gipsy Hill and Croydon — and a short train journey from London Bridge and the wider city.
In-person and online psychotherapy in South London
Some people prefer to meet in person, particularly at the beginning of therapy. Others find that working online — from their own home — suits them better, or makes it easier to fit sessions into a busy week. Both options are available, and we can discuss what might work best for you.
Sessions take place in a quiet, private setting in South Norwood, SE25. Online sessions are held via a secure video platform.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy — what I offer
I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist with a psychoanalytic and Jungian orientation. I work with adults who are carrying something that shorter-term support has not quite reached — including trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, low self-esteem, depression, grief, loss of meaning and relationship difficulties.
This is not brief or solution-focused work. It is depth psychotherapy, interested in understanding what is driving difficulties rather than managing symptoms alone. If you are curious about that kind of work and are based in South London or anywhere else in the UK, I would be glad to hear from you.
