I work with adults across the UK and worldwide online, and also offer in-person sessions from my consulting room in South Norwood, South London. At the heart of the work is an exploration of your inner life — the thoughts, feelings and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself, connect with others, and move through life. Who I work with
Most of the people I see aren't in acute crisis. They're thoughtful adults who are functioning well on the surface — working, maintaining relationships, getting through their days — but carrying something unresolved. Often they've tried shorter-term counselling or support through their GP, and found it wasn't quite enough.
My particular areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, stress and burnout, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationships, loss of meaning, and identity.
Training and experience
I trained at the Guild of Psychotherapists and have extensive clinical experience — over 12 years in private practice, alongside work in a variety of NHS and charity settings. I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). Working with images — whether dreamed or created — is central to my practice.
If you're curious about whether this kind of therapy might be right for you, you're welcome to get in touch — no obligation, no pressure.
